Here’s how the latest Gay City News presents our December 3 event. You’ll see why this is one of the don’t-miss gigs of the year.
“The recent New York Times story The High Cost of Being a Gay Couple recreated a huge stir when it quantified what many of us were piecing together day to day, year in and year out in our personal lives.
“Tonight, Times personal finance reporter Tara Siegel Bernard, who co-wrote the story with colleague Ron Lieber, speaks at an event sponsored by Out Professionals.
Gary Gates, senior research fellow at the Williams Institute of the UCLA School of Law, co-author of “Gay and Lesbian Atlas,” and widely considered the leading demographer of LGBT America, moderates.
The LGBT Community Center, 208 W. 13th St., 6:30-8:30 p.m. Admission is $20; $10 for OP members. For more information and to RSVP, visit outprofessionals.org.”
