Instead of arresting them on fake prostitution charges, NYC could do a better job luring gay tourists by taking a tip from London.
The British capital will see the opening of its first Gay Tourist Office this month on Lisle Street in Soho, the city’s gay epicenter.
Now if they could just hire a new graphic designer……
